Dr Tavakkoli offers evidence-informed integrative support for chronic illness, including autoimmune conditions, post-COVID symptoms such as fatigue (Long COVID), long-term neurological conditions, and other chronic conditions. Appointments are usually online, but can be face-to-face if preferred. Fees

• Initial Consultation (1 hour preparation pre-appointment, 1 to 1.5 hrs appointment, 1 hour formulation of recommended plan post-appointment): £350

Please note that Quantum Clinic is a UK-wide service only, ie only patients who are UK residents can be seen.

What is included: The initial consultation includes an in-depth clinical review, lifestyle and nutrition advice, recommended supplements, Functional Medicine testing recommendations, and guidance on integrative therapies that Dr Tavakkoli recommends for you, followed by a written personalised protocol.

• Follow up appointment after Functional Medicine tests: £120-350

What is included: Functional Medicine lab test analysis (1-2 hours) and follow-up appointment to discuss results and recommendations in detail.

Analysis of one test plus 20-minute appointment: £120

Analysis of two tests plus 40-minute appointment: £240

Analysis of three tests plus 1-hour appointment: £350

Please note that laboratory fees are not included. They are paid directly to the laboratories and vary from patient to patient. Dr Tavakkoli does accept any commission from laboratories and will routinely forward all discounts provided by the laboratories to you.

Other follow-up appointments (30 minutes preparation pre-appointment, 30 minutes appointment, 30 minutes formulation of recommendations post-appointment): £150

What is included: Dr Tavakkoli will provide ongoing support to:

• Review your integrative plan and recommend adjustments where necessary.
• Address any new symptoms you may be experiencing.
• Keep you informed of any new recommendations that may benefit you, as and when appropriate.
• Address your questions and any specific areas you wish to discuss.

Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM):

1.5 hour exploratory session: £170

Subsequent 1-hour FSM sessions £110

Minimum 6 sessions recommended.

Bioptron Hyperlight Therapy:

£30 per session

Low level laser therapy (LLLT):

£30 per session

Bioptron and LLLT combined:

£40 per session

FSM, Bioptron and LLLT combined:

£130 per session

Cancellations

Initial Consultation

Due to high demand for appointments, we request that you cancel at least 48 working hours before an appointment.

Late cancellation may result in appointment slots remaining unfilled if another patient cannot attend at short notice.

Unless there are extenuating circumstances, cancellations made within 48 working hours of the appointment will incur a 50% appointment fee (£175). Cancellations made within 24 working hours of the appointment will incur a 100% appointment fee (£350).
